This savings plan generally offers higher interest rates than any of our other savings plans, and your money is secure in a FDIC insured account. And CDs are flexible, too! You can choose terms from 3 months to 30 months. With that many choices, you can avoid the need for early withdrawal, which may incur a penalty.
